Our ad management service typically starts at $3,000/month, which includes platform selection, creative development, ongoing optimization, and reporting. Your total investment also includes ad spend (the budget you pay directly to platforms like Google or Meta), which varies based on your goals and industry.

Ad spend is what you pay directly to platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) to run your ads.

Management fees cover the strategy, creative development, monitoring, optimization, and reporting we do to make those ads work. At HustleFish, management starts at $3,000/month plus your ad spend.

We don’t require a long term, but we do ask our clients to commit to at least 3 months to give us a chance to test creative and make changes to their account structure. It takes time to ramp up on ad platforms and see real results.

While we ask clients to plan on 3 months before deciding if their paid ads are working or not, but you can cancel your service at any time.

We actually prefer to work on your existing ad account if we can! Typically, there’s data and “knowledge” your ad platform already has — we’d rather keep all that data and keep learning from there than starting over fresh. 

No, but our understanding of Indiana markets gives us an edge with regional clients. We work with businesses across the country, but many of our clients are based in Indiana or serve Indiana customers.

Yes. All ad copy is written by our team (humans, not AI), and all creatives are designed specifically for your campaigns. We also create multiple versions to test what resonates best with your audience.

We measure PPC success differently for different clients — it really depends on your ultimate goal. Are we driving leads? Then our ultimate metric is number of leads generate and cost per lead. Are we driving e-commerce sales? Then our ultimate goal is revenue attributed to ads, and our ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). We also measure and report on number of clicks, CTR, impressions, and more as leading indicators for the ultimate goal.

For reporting, we create customer reports in Google’s Looker Studio for clients. We send these reports weekly/monthly, and also meet with clients every 2 weeks to review performance and creative. Key metrics we report on are leads, revenue, spend, ROAS, CPC, Clicks, and Impressions, but we tailor everything to your business goals.

If we’re working on multiple platforms i.e. Google and Meta, we can combine the metrics and see results from multiple platforms all in the same report.
