Yes. You can upgrade at any time, and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrades can be scheduled for your next billing cycle. If you find you’re consistently using more (or less) support time, we’ll help you pick the right tier.

No. Included support hours reset each month. This ensures our team’s capacity is available to serve all clients fairly. If you know you’ll need more time occasionally, you can buy extra hours at your plan’s discounted rate, or upgrade and lock in more hours at the lower cost per hour.

If you’re on the Hosting or Support plan, extra time is billed at $200/hr. On Priority and Partner, you enjoy a 25 % discount. Extra hours are $150/hr. Time is tracked in 15‑minute increments, and we’ll always let you know before any overage occurs.

Yes. Each subscription can be applied to as many sites as you’d like. Inside your Support Hub dashboard, you’ll see a clear breakdown of which tasks belong to which site, along with hours tracked for each. If we’re hosting multiple sites for you, there’s just an additional $50/mo per site for the hosting portion. Support hours are shared across all of your sites, so you can use them where they’re needed most.

No, you can stay on your current hosting and still use any of our support plans. That said, hosting with us is usually more efficient and cost-effective. Because we manage the server environment directly, we can resolve issues faster, keep your site more secure, and bundle hosting into your plan at no extra cost.

No problem. Our Partner plan includes 10 hours each month, but you’re not limited to that. You can add as many extra hours as you need per month at the discounted rate of $150/hr. There’s no cap, your plan scales with your needs.

Our standard support hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM Eastern Time. Requests that come in outside of business hours will be handled the next business day.

All plans bill on the 1st of each month. If you sign up or upgrade in the middle of the month, your payment is prorated so you only pay for the remaining days. Starting the next month, you’ll be billed the full plan rate on the 1st. If you exceed your hours in a prorated month, you’ll receive a credit for the prorated amount paid, and if on the Priority or Partner plans, enjoy a 25% discount on any additional time used that month.
If you convert from a hosting plan into a support plan, we’ll prorate any unused hosting balance so you’re never paying twice.
