The Challenge

BB&C’s attorneys excel in translating extensive legal knowledge into practical action plans, but their online content wasn’t ranking for keywords related to their services. Instead, their keyword profile was primarily focused on the firm’s name, or lawyers who practiced with them. 

Our goal was to improve their organic rankings for keywords related to their service offerings to help bring in new clients.

The Strategy

Because of their extensive content library, our approach was a combination of reworking old content and creating new content. We analyzed their website to prioritize pages with high ranking potential, while also targeting long-tail keywords in their areas of expertise with new content.

In the first six months we:

  • Completed on-page optimization of 30+ pages by updating relevant keywords, adding missing content based on user intent, created an internal linking structure, and reformatted content to make it more user-friendly and easy to read
  • Created new content targeting personal injury-related topics, such as car and semi-truck accidents, specific injuries like whiplash, and general information on personal injury law
  • Did a full technical audit and fixed issues like missing meta descriptions, broken internal and external links, and redirected outdated or duplicate content
