The Challenge
Putnam Ladder’s parent company, Custom Service Hardware, wanted to expand the reach of their custom rolling ladders. They previously hadn’t run ads for this specific vertical, and wanted to scale the product line and increase revenue.
Since custom rolling ladders are high-ticket items, we knew that their customer journey would be more nuanced and prolonged than other products. We set up their advertising efforts from scratch while keeping their discerning customer base in mind.

The Strategy
Knowing we would have a longer sales funnel, our strategy approached the customer experience from several directions:
- Setup campaigns at the top, middle, and bottom of the sales funnel
- Targeted a mix of website traffic, cart abandonment, and social engagement with catered messaging
- Methodically launched and tested new copy, creative, and landing pages to find winning combinations
- Created email flows to engage first-time visitors and cart abandoners, and nurture post-purchasers
Overall, Putnam Ladders saw over $200k in revenue in the first months of our Meta ad campaigns and another $116k from Google.
